Tapered Roller Bearings

Spherical Roller Bearings
Spherical Roller Bearings are a heavy-duty rolling bearing type featuring barrel-shaped (spherical) rollers arranged between an outer ring with a spherical raceway and an inner ring with two raceways, typically in a double-row configuration. The spherical outer raceway gives this bearing type its defining characteristic – self-aligning capability – allowing it to accommodate shaft misalignment and housing deflection while continuing to support substantial combined radial and axial loads.
Thin Section Bearings
Thin Section Bearings are a specialized category of rolling bearings characterized by an exceptionally narrow cross-section relative to bore diameter, typically maintaining a near-constant cross-sectional width across a wide range of bore sizes within the same series. This design enables significant weight reduction, compact installation envelopes, and minimized material usage compared to standard-section bearings of equivalent bore size, making them the preferred solution for applications where space, weight, and precision are simultaneously critical.
Needle Roller Bearings
Needle Roller Bearings are a compact rolling bearing type utilizing long, thin cylindrical rollers (needle rollers) with a small diameter-to-length ratio, arranged radially around the shaft. This design provides high radial load capacity within an extremely small cross-sectional envelope, making needle roller bearings the preferred choice for applications where radial space is severely limited but load support requirements remain substantial.
Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Cylindrical Roller Bearings are a high-capacity radial bearing type featuring cylindrical rollers in line contact with the inner and outer ring raceways, rather than the point contact found in ball bearings. This line contact distributes load over a larger surface area, enabling the series to support substantially higher radial loads than deep groove ball bearings of equivalent size, while maintaining good speed capability.
Thrust Bearings
Thrust Bearings are a category of rolling bearings specifically designed to support axial (thrust) loads acting along the shaft axis, with little or no capacity for radial loading. Unlike radial bearings, the rolling elements in thrust bearings are arranged between two flat or grooved washers (races) oriented perpendicular to the shaft, allowing efficient transfer of axial force between rotating and stationary components.
